The thing which stood out in my visit with Dr. Jones and staff was their professionalism! He and his staff greeted me with a smile, took the time to explain in detail and that I was comfortable with the explanation of information. Great first visit!

My visit was only to become an established patient, no procedures were performed. I found Dr. Jones to be thorough, understanding, helpful, and friendly. The entire staff - from beginning to end - were kind, helpful, and happy which created an excellent environment.

I have been a patient of Dr.Jones for 3 years and I feel comfortable with him and his staff. I can usually get in to see the NP if a problem arises. Patient portal messages are generally answered in the same day. The only issue I have had is needing to wait until he is ion call at St. D when I need my feeding tube replaced which sometimes is a couple of weeks. Otherwise I have been pleased with his care.

Staff and Dr. were friendly, professional and attentive. The whole experience was quick, and painless. I was out in less then 2 hrs. I've had no problems or issues before or after the procedure.

The staff is very kind. From the ladies that take your co-pay to the lab drawing bloodwork, to nurse and Dr. All are kind and helpful! That shows they are not just kind people but work in a good environment.

My visit to GI Associates was for a first time colonoscopy. The staff were very attentive and professional. Being my first time at the age of 57 I was very scared, nervous and had no ideal what I had gotten myself into. I just know I was way past due for something that had to take place. The staff were exceptional friendly, from making sure I had what I needed for the preparation, to providing me with a video, making sure I was very comfortable and assuring me they would take good care of me. Believe me, I was very comfortable throughout the entire process and was taken very good care of not remembering a thing after the nurse stated I’m about to put some medication into your IV. During the procedure I remember nothing and after the procedure I still remembered nothing. I was referred to this great clinic by a friend and I would definitely refers others. The entire process from making the first call to scheduling an appointment was an awesome experience. Thanks for your office/staff.

The day of my procedure he came in a rush he rushed the nurses that was getting me ready for my procedure he then pushed me to the procedure room by his self and then he started before I was put to sleep and it was uncomfortable for me I would not recommend him to anyone
