Power Complex and lack of empathy

I encountered Olga Sanford briefly and in moments i became convinced me as patient was not a priority. She controlled the entire conversation. There was absolutely no dialogue. I do not recommend. I do recommend finding a different provider.

I found her cold uncaring no published peer reviewed work and only wanted to be the VA Dr to write my Rx When I said no she said she could not be my Dr . After this first meeting I filed complaint with VA requested new Dr be assigned which was done and will never will use her again or recommend her in her profession. I noted one of her prior patients said the same thing when she was in Ks. that evaluation is pubic and on line you must use her full name to find it and is more unflattering

Dr. Olga K. Sanford made a real difference in my life. She is easy to talk with, and I believe she's truly empathetic, while maintaining a professional manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Sanford to anyone who is looking for an easy to talk to, extremely diligent, and very competent doctor, who can improve your quality of life. JDR
