I have difficulty getting paperwork and the office staff lies to me about it. She may be a good doctor, but I have tried to get paperwork for a month for someone with a brain injury!! how terrible.

I've been coming to Dr. Katz for a while for treatment. She and her staff have always been very kind while being diligent and focused on my care. The office has even stayed open during quarantine to continue offering treatment during this time. They're very conscious of safety and wear masks and gloves every time I come in.

I experienced four years of misdiagnoses and two years of malpractice with other physicians. I was privileged to meet Dr. Katz in 2012. Since, she has been treating my diagnosis of myasthenia gravis (MG). In working to enhance my health status and quality of life, Dr. Katz has developed an individualized prevention plan for me - one that considers both the risk factors and protective factors that impact my physiological and psychosocial quality of life. In living with a neuromuscular autoimmune disease, it is difficult for people to understand its symptoms. Dr. Katz has treated the individualized impact the disease has created in my life, as opposed to treating the generalized textbook definition of the disease. This has resulted in periods of long-term remission, shortened/less severe periods of exacerbation, and enhanced patient-physician trust. Thank you, Dr. Katz, for your exemplary leadership and dedication to your patients.

The whole staff is incompetent. They ordered an MRI, never sent the script. I scheduled, went, wasted an entire day off of work and was turned away because I had no prescription. I was very ill. Nobody in her office gave one tiny little bit of an interest. Not one. They were too busy worried about the possibility they may catch Covid from some unknow source. My appointments were shuffled with little notice. Nobody kept track of labs. Nothing. I was just inconvenienced and left hanging and missed an entire day's pay. I called a million times to the office to get a copy of the order to have the MRI done. Nobody answered or bothered to call back.

The doctor did not listen to what was being said, conducted a minimal exam and determined a diagnosis that was completely wrong. The diagnosis was for two conditions that are not present and, if she had listened and done a proper evaluation, she would have known. She was more interested in getting lunch from a drug rep for medicine that she insisted on prescribing for the condition I do not have. Jefferson needs to remove this doctor.

I highly recommend Dr. Katz. I have been seeing her for about two years. She is personable, easy to talk to, and trustworthy above all. As a young woman, I would recommend her to other women especially. I feel comfortable talking with her about anything. She takes proper precaution in ordering and even reordering tests. She tries her best to help. THe only thing she can improve is explaining conditions. HEr staff is sweet and always help me get an appointment.

Dr Katz is a phenomenal neurologist & specialist in her field. She is truly cares about the wellbeing of her patients. If you want expertise, compassion and professionalism then look no further. After searching the tri-state area for a great specialist/provider, my first visit with Dr Katz reaffirmed that her practice was where I belonged. The practice continues to get better. I thank God for working through her to help those in medical need!

Do not use Doctor Katz as a provider. I was dropped as a specific type of patient that she chose not to support anymore with no letter or advance notice. To get set up with a new doctor takes time and she was unwilling to continue my care until my new doctor could see me.

Dr.Katz is thorough. She ordered tests to rule out other explanations for a condition which most doctors immediately diagnose simplistically and order medication, but which could have serious alternative diagnoses,. She is efficient and gets her exam done quickly. She is friendly and has a sense of humor. She explains what she is doing and answers questions. I felt confidence in her judgment and treatment plan. Her receptionist, on the other hand, is lame.

Office staff were very friendly and got me in quickly. I didn't wait long to see the doctor but m my experience with her was awful. She walked in immediately wanting to adds prescriptions without wanting to do any tests. She seemed more concerned with pill popping and ordering expensive tests than actually figuring out cause. She explained absolutely nothing and walked out after about 5 minutes. I would never recommend this doctor to someone.
