Top notch! Dr. Gokova introduced herself upon entering the room and showed extreme care and compassion for me. Quick diagnosis, quick treatment, and great recommendations for follow-up care. Sincerely appreciate the professionalism and expertise in caring for me.

Instead of understanding our son has medical conditions that have been review and continues to be monitored by his primary doctor, she judged my kid as being anemic due to malnutrition and called CPS on our family instead of talking to his doctor or asking more in depth questions, upon EMR visit. My son was very sick and grumpy, he has covid, so he was not wanting to cooperate with her questioning that seemed to only focus on eggs instead of what other foods he eats ( he also takes multivitamins), disregarding what my husband told her. His primary already rule out anemia due to iron deficiency or malnutrition. I am a Medical Lab Technician, I know my tests and results. We are not some family that doesn't care for their child. I took him to get his lab test and paid for them myself, after my friend's son died from leukemia, I decided to do 6 month checkup blood tests on my kids, that how is we found the anemia. The numbers are barely out of range. I'm a helicopter mom. I'm appalled.

Dr. Govova was anything but thorough. She did not listen to me when I tried to tell her what I had previously been diagnosed with. After, reviewing my XRay, she told me I did not have a fracture but that I had an infection. When I asked how I have an infection, she proceeded to tell me my ganglion cyst could have popped. I let her know I don't have a ganglion cyst. Her reply," Isn't that what you told me you had been diagnosed with?" No! Not even close to what I said. She continued on, saying I had cellulitis and that's what she treated me for. She misdiagnosed me, which I knew, and did not take the antibiotics she prescribed. I followed up with my podiatrist, and after doing a MRI, it was found I had a plantar plate tear. I think she spent a total of 5 minutes with me between the two times she came into my room. There were a couple of things that transpired with this doctor so I went through the proper channels and reported her to the hospital! I would give her zero stars!

She was amazing, very thorough tried very hard to address my care and coordinate my pcp and pain management. Too bad she doesnt have private practice.

Dr. Gokova is incredible and not only listens to her patients but is very thorough and encouraging. Thank you ???? for the treatment at Oro Valley ER. ????
