Dr. Olena Vlasii, MD

Dr. Vlasii is the best. I like her a lot, caring, competent, and professional. Her staff is likewise the same. It wasn't until I switched Insurance that I found how much better the good Doctor and staff are compared to other PCPs.

My visit was very good and helpful. She listened and answered all questions . I have recommended her to many friends and people because of her knowledge and medical background. The office staff and nurses are very profession and helpful.

Dr. Vlasiy is a very attentive and knowledgeable specialist. She is especially valuable because she knows Ukrainian and Russian. I highly recommend to friends and acquaintances.

Dr. Vlassi listens, takes her time, uses every avenue available to help her patients, and truly cares about you! I’m very grateful to have such a genuinely good doctor in my life.

I’ve been to see this lovely lady twice and I was extremely impressed. Not only was she kind, interested and professional but I left there feeling I had kinda just found a new friend.

You are made to feel like the Dr has all the time in the world to spend with you! You are never rushed or made to feel like you are taking to much time asking questions. All questions and concerns are answered in a way you can understand. Office staff is very friendly. Lab work can be done on site and lab tech is great.

If I could give this office and doctor ZERO stars, I would! Worst ever!!! Just moved to area and needed a new primary for family. Called to make appointment but before I could make one, I needed to explain why I wanted appointment and that reason needed to be approved first by Dr.Vlassi. Don’t understand that policy but whatever. Took 3 weeks to get in- unacceptable. Waited almost hour to see her and we were the ONLY ones in the office. She barely said 10 words to me during my appointment. Had bloodwork done at the end of February and I am still waiting to hear back from her with my results. I have called 2 times in the last 2 weeks to find out what is going on and was told by front desk “ oh yes we’ve had your results but the Dr has not gotten around to it but she will eventually”. What kind of answer is that?? I was “promised” she would get back to me 3 days ago but of course no call. Needless to say I won’t be going back. I’ll be picking up my records ASAP.
