Dr Osipchuk is fabulous. He took time to listen to my problems, provided realistic solutions. He reminded me to take care of myself - get back to the gym, meditate, self care. He also has this big vibrant smile & gentle laugh.

Dr. Osipchuk is very rude and sarcastic. He actually threatened me and my husband was there to witness it. When I told my primary care provider about it, he wanted me to file a complaint with the medical board but in all honesty I didn't want to get all bogged down in having to testify and everything. Bottom line is that anyone with any kind of mental health issues: i.e. depression, anxiety etc., should run, don't walk away from this man.

Office is impossible to get a hold of. Their voice recording states they are open 9am until 5pm (Monday-Thursday). They aren't there on random days. They don't really answer the phone until after 10am. Even then, you have to leave a voicemail and hope they call back within a couple of days. They need a better set schedule and office staff. Dr. Osipchuk is great, if you can ever get anyone to answer the phone to make an appointment.

right doc for me. He spends with you as much time as you need. Very passioned. He is the first doc whom i met who treasure your time and apologize if he is tight up with previous client even for 5 min more.I regard of quality care: he is strong with his decisions and will not buy in other people diagnosis until he makes his own mind about it. I like it. My PCP gave me piece of paper with 10 questions and "diagnosed" me with bipolar; Dr Alex spend 1 hour to show that i dont have it.

I saw Dr. Osipchuk for nearly a year, but he is not the right fit for anyone who has an unpredictable life or schedule. Charges $75 for a cancelled appointment if it is not 48 hours before the appointment. He will drop you as a patient if you cancel twice. Not really what I consider kind or compassionate.

Finally I have found a psychiatrist who will listen and not just give me a perscription. Love that they have a dog in the office, office is so welcoming, I come early just to unwind in their office.

He is a wonderful doctor. Very attentive and listening. He understands my problems like no one else before. He will not prescribe the drugs that you don't need. Finally I found the real physician. Highly recommend.

I knew Dr. Alex for 10 years already. The interesting things was this doctor he always reflects you. He's happy when you're happy and sad when you down. And if you irritable for whatever reason he will calm you down if you willing to except his help. Excellent doctor. Unfortunately he has to drop several insurances and was quite detailed explaining me why. I will continue to see him paying out-of-pocket.

Dr. Osipchuk is knowledgeable and a great listener. He doesn't always tell you what you want to hear - he tells you what you need to hear. It is a small office with lots of personal attention. I would highly recommend him to anybody who is needing help.

I was a patient of Osipchuk's for several years. Several months ago, after asking about my health and well being, he told me that he was dropping me as a patient. This move was so abrupt and unreasonable that I thought he was joking; that's his kind of humor. He can be very rude and sarcastic, scheduling an urgent appointment is impossible as his office hours change constantly, and his office rarely returns calls. If you're looking for compassion, he has none, especially if you're a woman.
