Explained my condition well and gave me different treatment options without forcing surgery

She brushed off all my concerns and even the other doctors that saw my MRI felt I needed surgery she said I didn't because it wasn't compressing enough to have surgery and when I said stuff about other issues she would say it's not connected to what was going on with me but not say what it could be and she pretty much said if you want a second opinion you can get one

She was amazing. I had Chiari malformation I. I was decompressed by dr awe 2 years ago and surgery went amazing. She was patient with my concerns no matter how small. She was very knowledgeable. I have zero complaints about before or after surgery.

I had a traumatic subdural hematoma, I was unconscious they tell me I would have died if I did not have surgery. i needed another surgery for more bleeding but i am back home now after rehab.

Great doctor. Dr Awe did a wonderful job operating on my dad last year. With the extra stress of covid, it was nice to have a personable doctor to attend to us. I highly recommend her for your surgery needs.

After she operated on my lower spine. She came in my room and said I dont give pain meds so you have to get someone who does as in your primary care physician. Well I respond and tell her they do not do that. She then states "well you'll just have to figure it out". She opened my spine and the same day tells me I get nothing for pain. Its been 4 months now and I'm having horrible problems, and she tells me I must get a referral from my physician. For her mistake . I would not recommend this surgeon to anyone. Horrible beside manner.

My father is a patient of Dr. Awe, and from what he has described of his experience with her, she has left much to be desired. Patient care is not something she learned while in medical school. She spent of all of 2 minutes with him at his last appointment, didn't discuss anything regarding his health, didn't give him any time to address questions or concerns he had, and gave the overall impression that she would much rather be doing anything other than taking care of my father. This type of behavior seems typical of Mosaic Health Care, so I am not the least bit surprised. I'm active duty military, & everything that I have been told regarding the care my father has received at Mosaic, especially from Dr. Awe, I appear to be receiving better care from military providers than he is here. And that is saying a lot since military healthcare is infamous for being sub-par to downright atrocious, at best.

Dr. Awe performed ACDF surgery on my neck. I had an outstanding experience. Her consultation was caring, compassionate and thorough. Higho recommend.
