Dr. Fabri came into the surgical room to handle the anesthesia for my endoscopy and colonoscopy with her mask down around her neck. There were many other nurses there with masks on working. She sat down and was reading reports. I was very nervous because she was not following Holy Cross Hospital's protocol. I asked her if she would please put on her mask. She replied with an attitude, "I don't have to, I received both my shots." I replied that I was not comfortable having her take care of me with no mask on. I would not have her overseeing my surgical procedure. Rather than apologize and follow protocol, she left. A new anesthesiologist came in and replaced her. She was flippant, rude, uncaring and I would never want her in charge of my life.
