Saw doctor for chronic non-severe issue with my ears. Treatment didn't work. Tried to reach doctor to for next step in treatment. Several days later I called office where nurse verified message received. Eight days later, still waiting.

My daughter went to see him due to a growth on the side of her tongue. He told her that it looked benign and scheduled her for surgery a month later. My daughter got a second opinion. The doc immediately did a biopsy and it was a rare malignant cancer. Dr Shah didn’t seem interested and was NOT sympathetic or concerned. He should have biopsied immediately.

Went in to see the doctor with a tumor in my parotid gland. Is very honest very straightforward and letting me know what was going on what will be the steps how to take care of it. I knew I was in good hands
