Compassionate and caring physician
North Texas Medical Specialists is a caring and compassionate group of medical providers. Dr. Odette Campbell has the compassion and empathy that all physicians should possess. Patients often commented that she was kind, understanding, and listened attentively. During the holiday season, North Texas Medical Specialists received many gifts from grateful patients. This is the only doctor's office I have seen be acknowledged in this way. I also saw that Dr. Campbell had a unique ability to connect with patients because she was open, authentic, honest, and treated everyone respectfully. Finally, Dr, Campbell and her staff demonstrated extraordinary interpersonal skills. North Texas Medical Specialists has a diverse staff that interacts wonderfully, respecting everyone in the office, and contributing to a positive work environment. Dr, Campbell is a great clinician constantly aware of when someone needed help.

The scheduling flexibility of Dr. Campbell and her staff, as well as their home healthcare offering is rare to find in the metroplex from an internist. I would highly recommend Dr. Campbell if you require schedule flexibility, but do not want to sacrifice the level of care received.

I have known Dr. Campbell for many years. She is an excellent physician. Her clinical judgment is exemplary and her bedside manner is the best. I would recommend highly her.

Dr. Campbell is a magnificent doctor who does her job with great passion and knows exactly what she’s doing. She truly cares about her patients and her challenging career which she accomplishes in an amazing manner that has helped many patients achieve better health and better lives. Her work is extremely difficult and her and her staff have to see and experience some really hard things but in the end they manage to do what is right and they do what’s best for the patients that visit her.

I felt rushed by Dr Campbell. I just wish she could of made me feel more comfortable . She was rude and did not help me in any way. Staff was good. Maybe I gave a lower grade do to Campbell's attitude.
