Beware...I was not happy that the doctor would not see my fractured foot until I had a letter from an attorney to guarantee his bill. My insurance authorized his visit and was paying for it but when the office realized it was a slip and fall injury they assumed I had an atty, which I did not. and would not see me after driving 1:15 mins and having a fractured foot almost 5 weeks old. The rude office manager said to me "Well that's not our problem" when I told her they had me waiting for almost 5 weeks to get in, jumping thrw hoops to get my ER x-rays to them and now they won't see me after THEY finally made an appt for me, knowing full well it had been approved by my Insurance company as an emergency injury. I filed a complaint with my Insurance company and they said it was wrong for them to do and no valid reason they should not have seen me.. Now another month walking on my fractured foot before I could get into see a new Ortho thanks to Dr Cannon's office run around.

I came to office about extreme knee pain. It felt as if bones were rubbing against each other and I was no longer able to use steps or walk distance.I had to see Kim first, was told I could only see Dr. for surgery. Kim was very, very informative and I tried injections. My knee was so damaged they didn’t help and I was back two weeks later and was told that I would know when I needed a total knee replacement. Call when I was ready. I have two insurances companies that paid the submitted bills within 3wks of my visits. My acct @Cannon’s office had an approx. credit of $190. I called after45 days. Wendy brought up my acct & said yes we owe you $. I will refund it the same way u pd. After 75 days I called again. Wendy said she didn’t remember the call?? I told her to issue a check. After 4 calls, one office visit and 82 days Wendy issued a credit(I asked for a check)Horrible bookkeeper. If example of practice I’m scared to see the doctor. Wendy “blessed me”I prefer she did her job

Way back in 1980 I was a young 19 y.o. Marine LCpl. involved in a MVA that was disabling and career ending for an active Marine Corps lifer! The trauma sustained then would be a great change then and for the rest of my life. Dr. Neal, Dr. Houkum, Dr. Cannon (Navy) and Dr. Fronek @ Balboa Naval Hospital along with Navy PT & OT therapist, Nurses, and Navy corpsman all worked to save my right arm & leg with their care & expertise. Dr. Cannon if I didn't say it back then, I sincerely Thank You now.

Had knee replacement on Sept. 29th 2014. Had a number of problems. Pain procedure did not work. Woke up on Morphine. Went to Rehab. Told to come to office to have staples removed. Got to office, told to go back to rehab and they would do it. Given no blood thinner at rehab. Once home, developed blood clots, back to hospital. History of Epilepsy. Seizure worst. Hospital visit needed. Total of three hospital stays.
