Dr. Perez-Velasco is the best doctor I've ever had. He takes his time with me and is kind and caring. Getting in to see him has never been a problem. His staff is also very nice.

This doctor is very calm and easy to talk with and will let you know when he needs additional information This can be viewed as a blessing because this Doctor has always provided the necessary time for patient conversations. The doctors medical knowledge appears to be extensive and he will readily recommend a correct specialist. He is well caught up with lab information and issues timely lab orders. Patient medical evaluation skills are good and often better than other physicians because he takes ample of time discussing conditions with patients. Wait time to see the Doctor is no greater than other valued doctors. To summarize, Dr. Octavio Perez-Velasco is a quietly religious man, very caring of patients and exhibits extensive medical knowledge. I have never heard a patient complain of him after years of visits. Both Doctor and staff easily share concerns related to our health care industry and its impact on them allowing patients a much greater understanding of whats ahead.

The DR always takes time to answer my questions and explain any care plan that he recommends. His staff is professional and courteous. I would highly recommend the good Dr if he is taking new patients.

The most incompetent office staff ever. Denied blood pressure medication refill saying it is controlled substance,which it is not. Only would prescribe if I gave 150 dollar office visit,after reschduling my appt so he could vacation. No call backs when ill,and prescription refills a complete nightmare. Worst office and most unprofessional staff ever.
