Wish I had found her a long time ago
A knowledgeable, caring, compassionate doctor who described what I was experiencing exactly & what she believed my problem was. It’s been a long road but hoping I’m coming to the end. Wish she could attend my future appointments to give them a description as she hit the nail on the head.

Extremely Knowledgeable
Dr. Kincaid is wonderful at what she does. She listens to everything and is very thorough. She is so good at what she does that it’s really difficult to get an appt with her! loll, but I would much rather have that difficulty & know that I can trust my dr.

I wish I found her sooner
After getting very ill with Covid, I had a rapid decline in my health, to the point of being almost non-functional. At the time, I lived in AZ and the doctors thought I was dealing with lots of different issues, and that depression was making them all worse. I felt like that label was keeping doctors from hearing what was really going on. Back in IL, I sat with Dr. Kincaid for almost an hour, and everything changed in that short period of time. She heard me, she was compassionate about my journey and was confident that she could make a huge difference. Boy was that an understatement! She turned my life around and gave me hope, comfort, education and peace! I've had pain control, PT, OT, speech therapy and seen several other specialists she's sent me to, all while she keeps tabs on my progress and manages it all. Literally lifesaving and I will forever be grateful that she chose this path in life! Appt times are booked out, but they typically find sooner and it's worth the wait!

Dr. Kincaid diagnosed me very quickly. I was very sick for two years and one month and went to at least 10 different doctors with no success. It was determined I had POTS and without her treatment I would have had to go on disability. I am forever greatful to Dr. Kincaid.

Dr. Kincaid treated me for small fiber peripheral neuropathy not-diabetic. I am a 61 year old female that developed numbness, tingling and pain not treated with success by two previous neurologists. Dr. Kincaid did not give up on me like the others. She is easily reached by email and addressed my concerns very promptly, so I did not have to drive from so far away. She prescribed medicine which has helped me walk and keep my job. She change my life at my worst moments. She is a too notch Dr.
