Dr Ekweani and nurses and staff YOU ROCK !! These folks are the kindest and most compassionate I’ve ever encountered . I’ve been a patient for over 3 years so i know . If you don’t do what you’re supposed to do then expect to be reprimanded but with extreme compassion and care . You guys are true angels !

I can’t understand why dr ekweani would get anything but 5 stars . These NP are some of the most compassionate and caring nurses i have ever came into contact with . I know without a doubt they care about me and everyone they work with !! I LOVE THIS PLACE !!! I love the nurses and the front desk people , i love everyone there !!! You guys are the best !!!

I have no interacted with Dr. Ekweani personally, but I have been seen by a couple of other people in this office, yes I have had to wait a bit past my wait time but never longer than 15 mins. The staff has always been nice and respectful. I mean do they bend over backwards to ensure the average Frisco resident is happy? No. But they shouldn't have, to being polite and treating the patient with respect is more than enough. Not to mention the staff who see me, who are actually very thorough and kind. I love this office and wouldn't go anywhere else!

I've been using this doctor as my PCP because he is close to where I live and takes my insurance. However, I do not feel "cared for". I feel like a cog in a wheel and no one really sees me or listens to me. They have my health in their hands but they don't seem to care about that great responsibility. I am just a commodity to them. I think it is time to look elsewhere.

I will never go to this clinic EVER. I CALLED 3 DAYS IN A ROW FOR A SIMPLE REFILL. THE RUDE MANAGER WAS TRYING TO OVERTALK ME AND SAID SHE WAS GOING TO HANG UP ON ME AND SHE DID. I CALLED BACK TO CANCEL ALL MY APPTS SHE TOLD ME I WAS DISMISSED. FUNNY THING ABOUT FRISCO. THERE IS ALWAYS ANOTHER DR AVAILABLE. HE SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN

I took my 78-year father to Dr. Ekwani's clinic today. Prior to going into the exam room, we waited for 45-min pass our appt time. He walked in the office with 1-piece of paper in the hand with no other doc or file. Upon bringing up the long wait and office staff not being very courteous, he didn't like my comments. He threatened us to dismiss us. I challenged his threats and he responded, 'I don't care.' I decided to leave then without my father being examined. Poor behavior and unprofessional.

Office practice does not listen to comprehend. This is often an issue with those who's native language is not English. I assumed intially that this was the issue with the receptionist until while voicing my concern to the Practice Manager she stopped me mid sentence to say sorry abd that they are commiited to providing excellent pt care. How can u provide excellent pt care if you are not listening and comprehending pt feedback. Dr may be great but i didnt see him bc of my first impression.

Bad service. I should of know when going to the apt there were issues. I told the lady at the desk I am transferring providers. I will need a prior authorization for my new insurance. No problem..you would think. On the 21st the prescription was writen. Then 3 different calls 3 different days...dealing with the insurance...multiple front desk girls to send wrong insurance authorization 3 times for the wrong prescription. Hassle. Only deal with people who listen to you and are not to over worked

Terrible horrible customer service. A lady called me who claimed she was the office manager. I had spoken to the office manager a month before to give her insurance information and that was not the same person. My dad had an appt & they called me the day before and said my dad had to look for a new doctor? I told her i didnt understand since they had told me that i had to change my dads pcp to them so that he may be seen. She screamed at me and said to look for another doctor said ?? and hung up
