Excellent MD!
Dr Amajoh impressed me from the get- go, with how she made me feel at ease with her knowledge, and presence. She listened attentively to me, and gave me clear answers to my questions. I especially appreciate her expertise and anticipation of my needs and treatment. I am so happy to finally have an oby/gyn Dr who makes me feel at ease and cares for her patients!

Very knowledgeable
The team was very friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Amajoh explained everything in detail and was so patient during our visit. She is not only very knowledgeable but she also cares a lot about my well-being. She is always so positive and so supportive. Thank you for being a great person.

I was disappointed with my experience with Dr Amajoh. I was extremely sick during the first trimester and required hospitalization a few times. Both times I went on my own and was admitted due to severe dehydration. Never a call or follow up to check in by her. Prior to hospitalization I expressed my condition and concern to Dr Amajoh and she was very dismissive to the point where even my husband noticed. We both made the decision to find another doctor and I am so happy we went with our gut to leave. She is not comforting, not helpful and I would never recommend her. It has taken me over a year to write this because I was hesitant on saying negative things about a doctor But if can help someone that’s all that matters. My experience was not good. I was very sick more than normal first tri nausea and I received more care, attention and follow up from her nurse than I did Dr Amajoh. I felt like just a number I would not wish that on anyone

I was assigned to Dr. Amajoh as my OB/Gyn for my first pregnancy. I felt she was short and straight to the point which was ok, but for a first time pregnancy, I would’ve liked her to be more warm and reassuring. I also feel like she intervenes medically when not necessarily necessary. I had a pretty stressful birthing experience, and I feel a lot of it could have been prevented now that I’ve had 3 babies and have been through everything a couple of more times. I ended up choosing a new OB/Gyn for my next pregnancy and loved her so much I went to her for my next 2 pregnancies after that as well. If you want quick visits and don’t need a lot of explaining, Dr. Amajoh might meet your needs. For me, I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone I cared about.

Dr. Amajoh was my OB/Gyn for my prenatal visits and delivery of my first child. I was looking forward to establishing a great relationship with her, but was sorely disappointed with her poor bedside manners throughout my entire prenatal care (7 weeks-40 weeks). She was quite dismissive and short with some of her responses, and I felt like another number and checklist on her daily "to-do's." A positive thing with Dr. Amajoh was that I had to get an emergency c-section, and she did a flawless job.

I will definitely refer my friends & family to Dr Amajoh. Dr Amajoh was my OB/GYN for my pregnancy which unfortunately, I miscarried. I was very disheartened. She was very sensitive to both my physical & emotional well being She took her time to explain the when, why and hows - all the questions that ran through my head at such a difficult time. She was readily available to answer questions. She got to know me as an individual and not just a patient ID number. She is a fantastic doctor!!

She's nice and down to Earth. She gives good advice and is very approachable. Of all the ObGyns I've been to, she's by far my favorite. She's also very thorough and if you have a concern, she'll tell you over the phone.
