Dr. Nwanneka Odumodu, MD

My mother in law has diabetes, and has been in the hospital twice under DR. O’S care. She is basically bedridden and doesn’t drive, she’s been seeing her for years and her staff and her blow my mother off everytime she calls. They do the absolute minimum they can do to help her. Everytime she schedules an appointment she waits for at least two hours, sometimes more to see her; all so she can talk with her for less than 2mins tops, then just rewrites her same prescriptions. Her staff member, PAT, speak so rudely and dismissing towards my mother, when they do actually speak with her that I had to take over for her and speak for her to clear things up. She had the same tone with me, when all I was asking is for clarification on a new meter for my mom and what we had to do to get it. This place is just a money grab, to get the most money they can out of you and your insurance company; while they act like you’re bothering and inconveniencing them. It’s very sad and should be avoided. 0stars

She listens to what ails you and is very attentive and does not rush when seeing you. I love this doctor.

I Love her she takes very good care of her patients. I have been going to her 15-20 years. Her front office staff can be a little unorganized but she gets on them.

She is all about her patients. She don’t just try and put you on pills she go through everything to make sure you are well taken care of .

My mother was discharged from the hospital 3 days ago. I have been trying to get in contact with the office to renew scripts. The only reply I get is if I reach out to a call center who just keeps sending messages to the practice. We are going on day 2 without medication. Horrible experience. Trust the reviews and look elsewhere.

I was a patient of Dr Odumodu. I was havibg issues with my stomach. She referred me to the hospital for a procedure. After a week or so, I kept calling her office for my results. I never got answers. I was actually told by her incompetent office assistants that no news is good news. I got a new D, explain my situation. She requested my medical records from the hospital and behold, there was a problem and they never notified me for a followup. Don't go there if you value your life...

I needed her to fill out paperwork for my SSI after I payed her, her and her useless staff never call anyone back and they are totally disorganized and I would run not walk away from this doctor.

Although the main complaint would be a long wait time, she is very efficient when it comes to my health. When a Dr tells you that I was on her mind and that she needed me to come in to be seen speaks volumes to me, anyway I didn't have get that call because I was already there. She is very outspoken when it comes to my health she will tell me the truth.
