Im not sure why these other two people had such bad experiences. I LOVE this doctor and so do my children. She nice, patient, down to earth and informative. I am a pretty I worry about everything. I always go in with a long list of concerns. She address each one some with natural remedies, some by telling not to worry (its common) and some (infrequently) with medication. When I was nursing she and her staff were very informative. Sometimes the front staff can be dry BUT they're always courteous.

She presented as dismissive of my questions, needs, and of my child's presenting problems. She did not come across as friendly and often corrected terminology I used to describe my child's condition, which I viewed as very unprofessional.

Terrible experience at the rock landing facility. The staff is terrible! The doctor shows no concern for her patients. The phone system is terrible you have to hold for such a long period of time. I was told i was scheduled for an appt. At a certain time for my two kids when in actually i was scheduled one for an hour early and the other for the time i was told. When i got to the office i was told both children would not be seen today. They wanted to reschedule me for a month ahead. Terrible !!!
