Love my Doc and her staff
My doctor retired several yrs ago and recommended Dr. Naqvi. He said her style and techniques were very similar to his. She is always very professional, as are her staff. It is easy to get in if you need to be seen, she follows up with her patients and holds them accountable for their health. I highly recommend.

She listens well and only orders tests when she thinks they are needed. My last Dr. ran up huge bills running all the test my insurance would pay for.

Gaslighting
When I was a patient of Dr Naqvi’s (2020-2021ish) I was beginning my journey to finally figure out what’s going on in my body. She was extremely unprofessional. I was told once in regards to my concern over my rising blood pressure that “normally I just tell my patients to lose weight, but you don’t need to… so I don’t know.” That’s unhelpful enough however she went further into unprofessionalism at our last appointment.I had asked for a referral to a specialist to get an evaluation for Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. I’m not sure why she was so upset and dismissive of my request, but she asked me first why I thought I had it because it’s “very rare & [she] had only read about it in medical journals”. I told her my reasons and tried to show her how hypermobile my arms and esophagus are. I asked if we could do the Beighton test in office & then get a referral put in. She flat out refused and became very agitated stating that I should just go self refer to a specialist and that I was no longer

My husband and several family members have seen her and from what I can tell and experienced she only treats symptoms NOT the root cause of the symptoms. My husband almost died because we blindly followed her advice instead of our gut. He had difficulty breathing, fever, fatigue for well over a week and a half. We merely managed a raging fever. She ordered blood work and knew his WBC was VERY high. When we finally went to the hospital they told us he was septic and would have DIED had we waited a few more days. My other family member recently had a fall and hit her head and had several other concerning symptoms that would scream to any person with common sense to order a CT scan or some type of head scan. Instead she orders physical therapy then proceeds to say that if things still weren't better, then a CT scan would be ordered..... I seriously don't understand how this woman does not have a lawsuit against her yet or how she hasn't lost her license to practice yet.

Dr. Naqvi is always warm and pleasant to speak to. As a matter of fact, I have found myself telling her more than I planned when I scheduled an appointment. She is an excellent listener.
