Dr. Normarie Albino, MD

Dr.Albino is amazing and exactly the kind of doctor I’d ever want to care for my baby girl. She is the most attentive, patient, and detail oriented. She is also very proactive which I love. Even when I’m feeling overwhelmed as a new mother she is sure to educate and explain things to me in a way that brings me comfort and always takes the time to make a game plan for what the next steps for situations are before I leave the office. Sadly my family and I will be moving soon but if could I would make the long drive back just to bring my baby girl to Dr.Albino. There aren’t enough “stars” to give. You are blessed if you have a child or children in her care.

I am giving 3 stars only because Dr. Albino herself is an amazing doctor and I loved having her as my pediatrician when I was a kid. When my daughter was born, I was very excited to see Dr. Albino was still in practice. I called the office to get my daughter in as a patient, and was met with the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. She repeatedly raised her voice at me and snapped that they would not accept my daughter as a patient because I, “did not complete a pre registration during my pregnancy.” This makes absolutely NO sense considering my daughter couldn’t even be added to insurance until after birth and the office was contracted through my daughter’s insurance. That’s the only thing the receptionist should be concerned about. It’s my personal belief she’s a nasty person who doesn’t care to do her job. Thankfully, Dr. Pierre at Marion Pediatrics was willing to take on my daughter and is wonderful to her.

We have had both of our daughters as patients of Dr. Albino for quite some time. My wife was so fond of her, that when we had considered moving to another area, she was adamant about staying close enough that Dr Albino could remain our pediatrician. After our latest experience with her, and her staff I would recommend that she be avoided at all cost. I personally feel that her actions toward us and our 7 and 2 year old daughdaughtas inexcusable. No one with a conscience would do what she did.

I have been taking my children to Dr. Albino for 10 years and have always been extremely satisfied with her care. She is very attentive and thorough. I like how she explains everything and how she relates to my kids, as well as, me. I can't imagine doing sick days without her help!

Took us right in and treated us very good. Glad to have such an awesome pediatrician for my son. Everyone in the office was very nice. Thank you for a great experience!
