He took his time to explain everything ,not like most who are in a hurry for next patient,did lots of tests and kept me well informed

Most people complain about the wait time. Until they see the doctor. Doctor Reigel is one of the most thorough doctors I have ever met. The man never sleeps!He has called us at all hours of the night to inform us of what he knows about your condition.He loves his patients, like no other doctor I have ever met! If you’ve ever wondered what a real, dedicated doctor would look like, it is Doctor Norman Reigel.I trust him not only with my life,But with my wife’s life as well.

Dr. Riegel is a one of a kind doctor. He really cares about every patient. You may have to wait quite a while to be seen but it’s well worth it. I couldn’t recommend a better doctor than him!

I am a patient of Dr. Riegel's for a little over one year now. I am wondering why I have waited soo long to visited such a caring, concerned, great diagnostician! I have family that have been going to him close to 40 years! He will take a patient at a moments notice because he genuinely cares! His office is run like a well oiled machine. His technicians and staff are compassionate, where state of the art equipment is used. It is very convenient. I have also decided to have Dr. Riegel as my PCP. He does not look at his watch when he consults with you, and you can ask him any question, without feeling stupid. If you are a looking for a good doctor who really cares, do not hesitate to schedule an appointment with him, you will not be disappointed. Dr. Riegel keep up the good work, and thank you for your many years of dedication to your patients and service!!

Terrible. Went with my handicap cousin . We were In there for seven hours. Then we Waited 45 mins in hall because dr step out. Waiting on results for more than two weeks . I Called ten days ago and spoke to NP LIola and she said she would call me back !!!!!! SHAME ON YOU still waiting . I hope that you have family and they get the same treatment that you give NONE NONE NONE Also asked for results three times and still have not got them. Everyone says yes yes yes Shame on this office

I’ve been using Dr Riegel for years first my father-in law Charles Laine Sr, then my mother Carmella Dibenedetto, and finally my Husband Charles Laine Jr . Dr Reigel is sincere sweet compassionate, I’ll never forget him coming out in the rain to come to my home to see my husband who was dying, and then showed up at his wake. He is a sweet sweet man . Your the best ??

I've been going to Dr. Riegel for years. He is Awesome. Best doctor. Very caring and compassionate a true gem. He always makes himself available to help his patients and answer questions. Dr. Riegel (both father and son) are great doctors. However, the staff is very rude! The receptionists at the HB office are hostile to patients over the phone. Absolutely no customer service skills and some action should be taken to train them how to interact properly with patients, many of whom are elderly and sick. This is a cardiologist; staff shouldn't be raising the blood pressure of patients over a phone call!! Please take your patients' calls and listen to their needs before putting their health at risk.

I have been to this office many times but there is a new person there doing the scan think name was Jen. Trying to push some holistic dr on me. Even gave me the name and number. Wouldn’t be quiet. Then kept pushing some “medium” psychic book. Terrible experience.

If you’re looking to be in a rush don’t bother coming here but, if you’re looking for exemplary excellent care Go to Dr. Riegel! He and his staff are amazing And the girls at the front desk go out of their way to help in every way. this is where you belong and this is where you need to come to! he leaves no stone unturned. this is a genius Doctor Who is caring, compassionate with excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Riegel as your cardiologist and regular practitioner

Dr Riegel is such a great doctor, it is actually hard to put it into words. He is caring, kind, and very dedicated. However, more than that, he is a great diagnostician. To be completely upfront, he saved my sons' life. He has a wonderful bedside manner and gives his patients 100% attention when he is with them. His staff is very busy, yet they are always helpful. Dr Riegel is a rarity. He is in a league of his own. I unequivocally and wholeheartedly recommend him.

Dr. Riegel is very good, making sure to examine you well. And like to keep you up dated with your prescriptions. It is just very hard to get an answer on the telephone to make an appointment with him.
