Today was my first appointment, and I liked all the staffs, Dr. Norma Melamed was so friendly and she listened to me, the front desk staff was very welcoming. Thank you for being so nice.

Dr. Melamed and her staff are awesome! I had a first appointment today, and the staff in the front was so helpful and kind, and made sure my time was maximized, even though I was a few minutes late. On top of them going out of Thier way to help me, Dr. Melamed took the entire hour to listen and then look at me and gave me every ounce of her attention and thought in figuring out what was going on. She was completely excellent. I am truly grateful to have found them

After being examined by 5 previous neurologists with no diagnosis, we met with Dr. Melamed and after a thorough examination of my wife's history of symptoms and test results she diagnosed her with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP). This was finally confirmed by the other neurologists at UTSW and we are so thankful for her help in diagnosing this very difficult to diagnose disease.

At first appt, they required I put a deposit towards my out-of-pocket, even though I only had a $20 copay. This was "in case" of a treatment that would require additional payments. I tried to discuss and they were very adamant about this. This is not the policy from my insurance company at all. They would not provide paperwork about their billing practices. Office manager *yelled* at me over the phone when I had a critical ongoing migraine issue. Yes, she *yelled*at me, and then hung up on me.

Finding Dr. Melamed is like finding gold. Her staff is very professional but yet also very friendly and caring. After checking in my wait time to see Dr. Melamed was very short. Dr, Melamed is very easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable. Dr. Melamed listened attentively to my concerns. Her exam was very thorough and she addressed each one of my concerns. I give Dr. Melamed my highest recommendations.

Very thorough, caring and professional doctor. Highly recommend Dr. Meland, very hard these days to find such a fine doctor. Dr. Meland spends the time to explain and solutions of my injury. The office staff are all very professional.
