This is a great local doctor's office
I've been a patient for many years. I absolutely love the nurse practitioner's Heather Gilroy and Marnie. They listen and are very thorough. I've had two call backs from test results I just had done. They genuinely care!!

Time to look for a new Dr?
Her staff seems to be keeping her patients away from her..it’s always the same thing..no one is in the office today, go to urgent care. She is not good at follow ups. Sends you for tests, yet never discusses the results…misses very important things from those tests, that you later read in My Chart.

Sarah in billing is awful. 20+ years as a patient & they let me go because of a $15 bill for a tele visit they never told me about. Blamed the post office & told me to go to an urgent care. I have an FSA so there is no reason I would not pay a bill if they sent me one. I usually struggle to find things to buy at the end of the year.

I only picked one star because there is not a lower grade. Their reception is the most rude individuals I have ever dealt with. When I asked to speak with Dr Tracy about her staff, I was called by another person who apologized and said she'd dig into it. I had an issue that required follow up and almost a week later I received a call that I need to find another primary care physician because they were discharging me as a patient. Business must be so good in Fowlerville you can treat your patients like garbage then "fire" them when they complain about your poor service.

Dr. Tracy was always too booked so I was seen by her last female nurse practitioner 5 years ago. At my annual physical, even though I had told the receptionist upon making the appointment, the nurse that took my vitals and the nurse practitioner that I would NOT be getting any gynecological physical with them she tried to coierce me into getting one and then was angry I denied it. She did not complete my physical. I sent Dr. Tracy a complaint letter and never heard back from her. Done with them

I had been a patient with Dr. Tracy for close to 15 years. I watched the staff turn away another patient for his prescription because he owed a balance. The front office staff and the care has been going downhill over the past 2-3 years. I've already found a new primary care physician and will not return to Dr. Tracy's office ever.

I used to love going to Dr Tracys office. Now its seems like u r more of a burden than a paying patient. What is going on, really? What has happened to hospitality. U can't even get an appt with her unless u can wait over a month. Seriously!!

I had been a patient of Dr. Tracy since she came to Fowlerville. The last time I saw her, she came in the room with my chart, about 3 thick, and thought I was a new patient. I've waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes before when a drug rep came in and was taken right back with the receptionist saying sure, she has time for you right now! I left, my time is important too. They then charged my insurance for an office visit. Oh I don't think so! I threw a fit, charge was reversed.

I scored the time with the patient poor. Although for the 1st visit Dr. Tracy spent a lot of time listening to my wife. But when making an appointment today, was reprimanded by the office staff because my wife took so much time with the doctor. I do understand time as it is also valuable to Non-MD's. But do not make the patient feel like a burden. Weeks of intolerable insufferable pain is enough to deal with than rude people.

A patient of 10 years, I was shocked at the service I received today. I was in 2 weeks ago for a sinus infection. The Dr. Who saw me advised that if the antibiotics are not working at 7-10 days to call & not any sooner bc it takes that long for them to work. I called thinking he would call in a script, but they said to set an appt. I did. In the past 10 years, it has always been if you come in within a few weeks for same thing no charge. They said must charge me bc more than 2 days since visit.
