Unable to give 0 stars. Had an appointment for my son at her office. The address and phone number were both wrong in Google. I arrived to the listed address, which is the main hospital, and no customer service rep around to help me find the office. Finally found someone to help, get directed to the correct address (not in Google). Arrived 5 minutes late and Dr. Silver told the staff she would not see my son because we were 5 minutes late. I told them the address and phone number were both wrong in Google; "That's on Google," they said. Then the staff closed the window in my face. Would not recommend. Will be filing a formal complaint if I am charged for this. Find someone that went to an American medical school, too.

I absolutely wouldn’t trade her as my Psychiatrist for a million bucks. She is approachable, empathetic, professional And values patient input.

Dr. Silver is one of the best Psychiatrists I've had in over 49 years of treatment for bipolar disorder. She's recently moved from Carilion to Lewis Gale and now treats adults. I highly recommend her to anyone who has searched for years to find a competent, compassionate healthcare provider for their mental health.
