Dr. Nora Cantu, MD

Unfortunately, I have not been able to see Dr. Cantu for my annual check up due to an insurance change on their side. I have called her office several times and left messages and no one in the her office seems to know if the insurance I select will be in network or out of network. So I had to find a new primary physician. So sad. She's great but her the office personnel is incompetent.

Dr. Cantu is compassionate and takes the time to listen. Excellent care provider. Highly recommend.

I have been Dr. Cantu's patient for more than 20 years, in 4 different offices/practices. I'll be her patient till I die...unless she moves too much further away!

She is greatest Doctor I have ever had and I have been with her for years. I found no one better than her.

I have be a patient of Dr. Cantu's for about 10 years. I have been very pleased. She genuinely cares about her patients and what's going on in their lives. She really listens. As long as she is a practicing doctor, I will be one of her patients. I can't imagine going to another doctor.

I left Dr. Cantu’s care for several of reasons. (1) I had concerns about my heart due to family history. Dr. Cantu asked what kind of exercises I did and I told her the running amongst other exercises. She told me that that was a good stress test and if I was doing that with no problem, that was a good sign. My Husband and I have been Dr Cantu's patients for many years. I have not found anyone like her yet, not even close. Her dedication and patience is amazing. She remembers everything about us. She is a great professional and would not change her for any other doctor. I hope she stays in my insurance network forever. God Bless her! We are in the best hands possible in healthcare, and it's not only us, everyone you ask, will tell you the same. There should be more dedicated doctors like her.

Dr. Cantu is friendly and a fine doctor while healthy or experiencing common issues. The reason for my low grade is the support staff - billing mistakes for annual wellness exam, inability & unwillingness to provide my test results while playing gatekeeper not allowing me to get results from the hospital or other physician directly. For lab results (already available online) the staff would leave mysterious call us messages for weeks but have no one available when I call back next day.
