She was OK, but BE WARNED that you will get charged extra for going into the hospital for the visit. What I thought was going to be a $50 appointment turned into a $170 appointment just cause it was at the hospital. I would find someone and somewhere better.

Dr Kim was very knowledgable and patient. She provided solutions for my son's skin condition that hadn't been presented to us before. The instructions for his skin care were printed out and she made sure we were comfortable with all of her suggestions before we left. I would highly recommend her.

I liked Dr. Kim very much. I've been going to dermatologists for many years, since teenage acne (and I'm now a grandmother!) Dr. Kim was friendly and patiently listened to my concerns with compassion and respect. I did not feel rushed; she explained everything she was doing during my visit and I felt confident of her expertise. I would recommend her highly.

Charge me $350 for a nose lesion burn out using cautery. She asked me I can get 30% discount if resident do it for me, the claim did not go to my insurance since it considered as cosmetic procedure, but my insurance told me the procedure should cost $232 , I been overcharged and have to pay the bill at end of procedure, $245 only remove nose lesion and several dark spots on my face, it was done by resident, is it worth it? Also I have to wait 2 hours after my procedure because she was too rush to finish my appointment, I have additional questions I have to wait for her finish seeing other patients, but she answer my questions only spend 5 minutes? Total unsatisfied experience.

Recently saw Dr. Kim for a yearly check-up along with a resident doctor. I had a biopsy and subsequent scrap and burn. I found Dr. Kim reassuring and thorough.

I saw dr Kim at Hopkins at Greenspring Station for the first time. yesterday. I have been going to that office for over 15 years and have many skin cancers so I am not a newbie to dermatology. First her resident did a body check. Then dr Kim and did a body check too and decided I needed to have 2 spots biopsies. I asked for her to do the procedure and she told me that her resident was better at it than she was! Really? During the procedure dr Kim asked me if I was on blood thinners since I was bleeding excessively... too late to ask that question. Needless to say I will never go back to Dr Kim again. She was awful!!!Find another dermatologist... there are many to choose from.

Waited over an hour. Found her cold, detached and flippant. Do not trust her recommendations and have had a recurrence following her advice. Will be finding another provider.

I entered my appointment a bit nervous to have an excision. Dr. Kim was very friendly, exudes a caring deamenor, and maintained that throughout the entire procedure. She explained each step she was taking and seemed genuinely interested in my comfort as well as doing the best excision she could to improve healing and limit scarring. I will definitely be trust my future dermatology care to Dr. Kim.
