I’m a health professional, she is GREAT!.
I am a flight paramedic, so I am very critical about any health care provider that cares for me. The care I received was outstanding and professional. She listened to me respectfully and I was amazed at how much she knew about my issues with CVA, aortic heart valve replacement, cervical and lumbar fusions and the strange medication I am on, Neudexta, for the stroke. Most importantly, she was kind and was very thorough in her assessment of my status. I am new to Texas and I appreciate the professionalism. BTW, the office is very well maintained, and the front reception clerical professionals were also amazing (sorry I forgot your names). The front office peeps made me laugh and I got some extra bonus info about the area I am new to . Bottom line…..GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
