Disappointing
1. She was late to my appointment, although I was one of her first cases. Gave no excuse or apology. 2. She provided less than 5 minutes of her time to review my case. 3. She charged excessively, for both a medical visit and surgery -- "details" on how to address my problem. 4. She misdiagnosed my case, saying it was a fracture of phalanx of foot coupled with anxiety. It was neither. 5. She made multiple mistakes on the instructions for follow-up diagnostic imaging. 6. She failed to forward patient information to my specialist, although she was repeatedly reminded. 7. She never once showed any interest in how I was doing.

Dr. Is ok but staff is horrible, if you are more then 8 min late for an appointment they will charge your insurance and make you reschedule, even if you call. Now the Doctor can cancel appointments on your several times with out repercussions. Staff had the nerve when I called to say " we are to busy someone will call you back when we get time" this was per the answering services. They charge an arm and a leg for this type of service. Don't waste your time and money.

Just love this doctor. Had surgery October of 2017. She was amazing, professional and so helpful, explaining the procedure and what to expect. The surgery was successful and I can wear all my shoes again. Wish I could give her 10 stars.

I would never recommend this doctor. Not only did she improperly treat my painful plantar faciatis, she made it much worse! I subsequently saw another podiatrist who was very skilled and knew how to properly administer the steroid shot that I needed using ultrasound. Dr. Souliotis blindly jabed a needle into my foot saying that she knows where the plantar facia is. Ha! She missed the area completely! It was a very disappointing and painful experience.

I had an awful experience with Dr. Nolaska Souliotis, who refused to see me and my swollen, painful, broken toe because I was more than 10 mins late, even though I accommodated her and accepted rescheduling twice, the second reschedule was the day before the appointment. Front desk staff was rude and totally didn't care. Sorry, we have to reschedule you for January, or try to fit you in sometime, wait for nurse to call you next week.
