Run from this practice. The doctor is a figurehead.the staff decide what drugs to prescribe and how much and you will not reach the doctor. You will be using patient portal and banging your head. Been with them since Dr. LeRoy retired. I can take no more. So run.

I did not think that this doctor cared about me AT ALL! I saw him first appointment, then majority of the other appointments I hardly saw him, but he might stop in a couple minutes then would make my appointment be with his PA or whoever it was who assisted him. I needed forms signed to give to the state regarding driving and that took a while to get from their office, then when I did - the form wasn't even filled out all the way. I truly feel like this doctor cared more about making money and avoiding a lawsuit (I was given this impression by some of the things he said), than he did about my health and well being. I would not suggest.

I began seeing Dr. Jenevein in 1995 at the age of 48 for epilepsy. For many years he had an all but perfect track record with me. I had very few seizures! This last year, however, was not good. I had several seizures in October and February. I was having break through seizures on my medication. The medicine was not working. Through many tears, Dr. Jenevein continued to work on the huge the problem and find new medications, that I had not taken before that would work. Dr. Jenevein is always ready to embrace the challenge while providing the patient with compassion and support. He is a true gift to his profession and I consider it a privilege to be one of his many patients. My life and my children’s lives would not have ever been the same without Dr. Jenevein! Thank you for the last 24 years of excellent care.

This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with a doctor's office. Most of the staff was rude and acted as if our questions were putting them out, nothing was explained on our first visit about us only seeing Dr Jenevein for the first visit and seeing a PA on subsequent visits. They did a number of tests that all held the same result and lied about a work clearance upon a positive result. The lack of care and actual concern by the doctor and PA were highly concerning. It seemed as if

I had my first experience with Dr Jenevein today and I just had to share feedback because it is very rare to visit a doctor’s office and really enjoy the experience from the scheduling to the staff and most importantly the doctor. My experience with Dr Jenevein and his staff has been phenomenal, they go above and beyond to explain things, make you comfortable and to be sure you have what you need. I would highly recommend Dr Jenevein. And they called me back before I even finished the paperwork!

Dr Jenevein himself is a knowledgeable neurologist specialising in seizures. You spend most of the time with staff members, most who are great with one exception. The office / patient portal liason who I believe is an LVN. She has just enough information to make her dangerous. I have zero trust in her.
