Dr. Noemi Ramsay, MD

She's always professional and been taking care of me for years. I'd recommend them to anyone. I went through a couple horrible experiences before I found them at other "pain treatment" clinics. My only complaint is how they've changed it over to where we have to strip down and put on hospital gown. Other than that their amazing.

Dr. Ramsay is an excellent doctor! She has treated me for years.

After a two hour wait for my first/consult visit, Dr. Ramsay barely made eye contact, just mumbled to herself while shuffling the papers of my medical chart and looking at her computer. She did a quick, cursory exam and did not wait for me to answer the few questions she asked before cutting me off. I felt she wasn’t listening or didn’t care about my answers. I felt rushed. When I asked about the procedure that she said was the only thing she could do for me, she did not adequately explain it. Instead, she pulled out of her drawer a needle and said, “This is what I would use to burn the nerves.” Her abrupt manner and unprofessionalism did not inspire my confidence, so I won’t let her near me with that needle. She was just overall rude, and I did not feel treated like a human being, more like a name on an insurance card. I found her unprofessional, lacking in empathy, and just plain rude. I won’t be back. The other staff seemed professional and nice though. Zero stars.

I don't know how any of these folks at any of the pain treatment centers of America sleep at night after the rude and inhumane way they treat their patients. Put my elderly and very frail mother into stage 3 kidney failure with some of the meds they gave her, then completely stopped treating her after she couldn't have anymore procedures due to her extremely frail health. Bunch of people that only care about looking important. They do NOT care one iota about their patients.

If I could leave no stars I would. Absolutely the worst physician I have ever seen! I grew up around medical doctors and nurses and was also raised by a doctor and a nurse. She insisted I take a medication I was told many years ago to NEVER TAKE AGAIN and when I did not, I was blamed. When the Little Rock office called me to set an appointment & I waited 2 hours, I was told I HAD to return to her or leave. I left - BEST decision. Should not be allowed to practice medicine!
