Dr. Noel Bernales, MD

Problems with the Receptionist answering your calls, then claiming having to talk to the Doctor first, and promising to call you back with the requested results. But instead never calling you back, or returning your calls! I am on seizure medication (Topomax and Vimpat), and I am required to take these Medication on a regular scheduled basis. I am on Medicare & Tri-Care for life ( with Express Scripts Mail Order Pharmacy), and it requires a Doctor's confirmation & authorization for my regular refills, but they never follow through, even when the Pharmacy, or I call them to let them know that I'm running out of my Meds!

If I could score zero stars I would. Can never get a hold of the front desk to make an appointment. Finally called Heritage Medical Group for help and Dr. Bernales retaliated by deciding that we should find another doctor for my mother. Thank you for the Rx refill Dr. Bernales, but shame on you for the way you are handling this ongoing problem with your reception desk. I worked in medical clinics for 15 years and the worst medical offices were those where the doctors wife is involved in the day to day operations.

I have never been treated so bad from the receptionist , been trying to get an appointment science Oct 2019, and I still cant get in she told me I should get another Dr, ... I have seen Dr Bernales before he is a good Dr. If you can get pass his receptionist she is horrible

This place is terrible. Called for almost 2 weeks and couldn't get through to them. either they were on lunch or closed or left early. finally gave me a call back and said they were " refusing to see us" and to go somewhere else. This place has really bad receptionist and really rude!!!!!
