By far, Dr. Jacob is the best doctor I have ever had. Both my husband and I and many of our friends are anxiously awaiting to hear where he will be opening his new practice in 2021. His compassion, knowledge, patience and genuine love for his patients cannot be measured. With Dr. Jacob, you get a mixture of Eastern and Western medicine like no where else in Rockland.

I am also looking for Dr. Noble Jacob.

Dr. Jacob has been my PCP for four years, but recently left Crystal Run. I had to switch doctors and can't find where Dr. Jacob went to. Does anyone have any information?

Not only do I use Dr. Jacob for my needs, but I have my father see him as well. I have recommended many a friend and family to make an appt with him. His personality is great as well as his professionalism!

What an amazing experience at Dr. Jacob's office. Dr. Jacob really cares for his patients as he takes care of my husband and father who both feel the same. He was very concerned about my complaints, took the time to listen and helped me fix my back pain. I saw a review on this website that appeared have been a negative one and clearly that patient is missing out on a good practitioner because if you search this doctor online, he has nothing but positive reviews. God bless you Dr. Jacob for taking great care of my family and I. It takes a lot out a physician to really be a good one and show that you care. I have def found mine :)

Dr. Noble was arrogant and unencouraging when discussing methods for dealing with a painful issue. He scoffed and laughed when I said I wanted to wait to get a second opinion before going ahead with his idea.

I find it's rare that doctors take genuine time to get to know the patient nowadays. My appointment did not feel rushed at all. He spent a great deal of time with me answering all of my questions and I even got to learn a little about him too. The staff members were very sweet and there was minimal wait time. Finally I have a PCP I'm happy with!
