The Dr. herself and son are Great, However...
Sadly, although I like the Doctor as well as her son & some of the other practicing doctors there, some of the staff members are quite inadequate. I have stayed with the practice for a while in hopes that things would get better. Unfortunately, it has not. I have had wait times literally for 7hrs., I had long wait times before 3-4hrs. Interns not taking vitals & placing me in the back, loss of RX, info, like my last script where I ordered SEVERAL TIMES (5x's) & a month passed by where I could not get it. I even contacted my pharmacy which informed me that it was NEVER REQUESTED AFTER THE LAST TIME. I spoke with someone in the DR. office who asked, ' Is this a controlled substance?', eventually, I asked him 'Isn't any RX that you call & need from your doctor is a controlled substance?'. I called again & this time I received a call back from a young lady who stated they could not find that RX on my file. Yet they ordered it & I had it for 3 moths prior. That for me was it.

Unfortunately, the doctor was yelling at her staff. Everyone in the waiting room could hear her. Additionally, she was yelling about one of the patients waiting in the waiting to her staff about payment. Once in the room waiting on the doctor, she took over 30 minutes to arrive. Since I was witness to the unprofessional conduct after signing in, the staff continued to check in on me and offered me water while I waited. I was very disappointed by the experience.

Awful
Be prepared to wait for hours to see the doctor. This doctor likes to overbook and overcharge.

I generally do not like hospitals or doctors. I never have. My first experience with Dr. Udochi was however surprisingly pleasant. She took the time to explain to me everything I needed to know. She was patient and answered all my questions like she was talking to a familiar friend. She was reassuring, I got the feeling that she didn't want me to panic because she could help. Yes, I would recommend her to my family and friends. She is actually a good doctor.

I highly recommend Dr. Udochi. She and her staff are friendly, helpful and professional. I finally feel that I've found the physician I should allow to serve me regarding my medical needs. Dr. Udochi is kind, patient, gentle, very knowledgeable. She listens very well and take time to answer any questions you may have. I will tell family, friends and co-workers about Millennium Family Practice and how lovingly and professionally they serve their patients.

I have been a patient for many years and therefore, can fully attest that Dr. Udochi is consistently excellent. She takes time to ask probing questions about the condition that I came in with and goes beyond that, to inquire about my overall health, which is very reassuring. She is very strident about getting to the root of the problem, and suggesting behavioral changes that can bring lasting positive results. Very few medical professionals, these days, will give you the time she does during each visit, and she follows up to find out how you are doing. She is a doctor, as an excellent doctor should be.

My family has been seeing her for about 15 years. Back then it was a great experience overall now the wait time is insane, the doctor turn over rate is high, and it seems as if money has become more important than care!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Udochi for almost 15yrs.Each visit she treats you like it was your first. Dr Udochi is very knowledgeable about the body. I can come in for a visit and she knows exactly what’s wrong, very hard to find a doctor like her.

minutes ago I have been a patient of Dr. Udochi for several years. I honestly don’t know what I would do without her. She is the best Dr. in Howard County. Dr. Udochi is very caring and she treats her patients like family. Today, I was in a lot of pain and she could look at me and tell. She moved quickly to get her MA staff in to give me a shot to make me comfortable. Every time I have went to her and needed specialty treatment she has always referred me to the best doctors. Not only is Dr. Udochi my PCP but she’s also PCP for my two children. My infant was released from the hospital with a high bilirubin level. Dr. Udochi saw her two days after we were released from the hospital and she did everything necessary to lower my baby’s Bili level. She even told me what to do at home to help her. My oldest daughter started seeing Dr. Udochi and as soon as. Dr. Udochi saw her and started her exam she noticed my daughters scoliosis had advanced and referred her to a specialist right away.

I really like the staff and the Doctors but the wait times are terrible. I am always there for at least two hours and then I only get five minutes with the doctor. I have been a patient for going on two years and I can't take it anymore. As great as they are it's not worth wasting two or more hours of my life every single time I need to see a doctor.

I am very happy with dr Udochi and the staff. I have been coming to millennium family practice for 15 years, which I also have two sons sons who go there to. Dr Udochi staff makes you feel like family when you walk in the door, that's why I never mind the wait. My youngest son who is 4 loves to consider Dr Udochi his doctor, she sits and talks to him and asks him how he is doing. I truly love her, the nurse practitioners and her staff that she has working there. She treats staff right.

I had to find a new doctor after moving to this side of town. I chose Millenium because they are conveniently located and accept most insurances. I had my new patient visit today and Dr. Udochi was wonderful. She was very articulate, kind, and responsive. I am really glad I chose this practice.
