Exceptional doctor!
'Dr. Razack is exceptional and brilliant. I was recommended to him, about 2 years ago, by several nurses who treated me during my accident. Some of these nurses had surgeries performed by Dr. Razack years earlier, and they told me he is a genius in the neurosurgery field. After my surgery 15 days ago, I gladly admit they were right, as I finally can walk again , without crying in pain. Most of all, I feel blessed and fortunate to find the perfect doctor, who has given me a chance to dream about the future again.

Did NOT visit - called to make appointment, was treated VERY rudely by Francesca, to the point that I hung up and looked elsewhere. Very arrogant, did not ask my name or any personal information, just insisted that I fax reports from previous surgeries to her. Disgraceful way to treat new patient - Beware !

Dr Razack performed 3 surgeries on me. I trust him immensely. I do miss seeing him when I have an appointment. I admit he might not have the best bedside manner, but it is him I want at my bedside before during and after my surgeries. Mike is fine for taking my MRI’s but he is not my doctor. I have moved to Georgia and I still have problems with my back and would love to get in to see Dr Razack as we have discussed eventually I will probably need another surgery. I would love to come to Florida to see him and figure out what is going on with my back now, but I am not sure I can get in to see him and it is him I want to see.

Dr Razack was able to take my case over, and under his care I have been nothing but better day by day. At first treatment may feel slow, but in my case for my specific injury that is what was needed with no shortcut; previous doctors had done that and only made the issues worse. He has been noting short of amazing in my care. The entire staff has been second to none.

Went to his office with a nerve pinched so bad l could not sit up or stand. He sent me to ER met me there. Did MRI and immediately started treating. 1 day later went with procedure and post surgery felt immediate relief and was walking 2 hours post opp. Razack's calming demeanor and experience is both comforting and reassuring . His entire staff and team where 10 out of 10. Just made this hardship so much more palatable. What a massive relief. These negative reviews are awful and clerical at best. Remember there are always two sides to a story. Razack is an incredibly gifted / experienced surgeon that i would quickly recommend to anyone . No matter where in the World they live.... get to him.

My wife had stenosis of two nerves in her back causing chronic pain in her back for months. We saw two other surgeons who wouldn’t touch her because she has osteoporosis and they thought her back was to fragile. But Dr Razack looked at her problem in a different way,he opened up the hole that the nerve passes though and relieved the pinching of the nerve. We are very happy that he thought out of the box and relieved her pain. Before he did surgery he told us it might not work but worth the try.He also explained the surgery very well.So happy we selected him.

I have had two fusions to my neck and a laminectomy to my lumbar spine. Dr. Razack and Mike PA are excellent. I came in with a fractured disc from a automobile accident and after 15 years I am still walking. Thank God and Dr Razack. I highly recommend him.

I have had 3 back surgeries within the last 4 years. I am totally impressed with this office from Dr Razack, Mike (PA) to the office staff. Dr Razack always made me feel like I was going to be ok and the surgery would go well. Dr Razack the strong stoic type, Mike his PA made you feel like you were his friend and he really cares about you. I always leave Mike feeling a little special. Now let’s talk about the ladies that run the office and without them the dr could not do his job. Lisa, billing rep, always pleasant and willing to work with me on my account balance. Francheska, surgical coordinator, she is the one who stays on the phone with insurance and hospital trying to find a slot where you can be put for your surgery. Delisha, nurse with a pretty smile, goes out of her way to help you with appts and any type of paperwork you may need to send to FMLA to short term disability. So for all their deligence, kindness, and compassion I give them 5 stars. Thank you

If it was possible to not give them any stars, i wouldn't. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! The staff is awful. I had my surgery scheduled for 2 months in advance. Francheska told me to call around April 1, 2017 to get a new order for labs that need to be done before surgery. I called.... VOICEMAIL!! I waited 2 days for a return call because I work in the med field so I understand how busy it can get. NO CALL BACK!! I then called again..... VOICEMAIL!!!! I then sent her a

I had 2 herniated disks in my neck that I woke up with one day. Started with shoulder pain within 2 days the pain down my arm to my fingers was unbearable. Jewett misdiagnosed me which then had a referral to Dr. Razack. Best thing that happened to me. Dr. Razack replaced both disks with new ones and put in a titanium plate on my cervical spine. I have my arms back and my life back. I would absolutely recommend him. His staff was great and all the other doctors in his practice are great.
