Personalized communication for the patient
I find Dr Alluri very informative and in-tune to her patients needs and how she communicates the information that is given. She gives factual information very clearly and makes sure that I understand exactly what she is saying. I also appreciate how her entire team uses the preferred communication method of the patient. I like using the patient portal and the responses are very timely as well.

Ashes to Ashes dust to dust
Dr. Alluri, cured my sisters cancer but killed the patient. My sister had a non-terminal diagnosis. She overprescribed treatments. She didn't properly do labs to see if the patient was a match for the medicines she prescribed. She was unavailable the month my sister was having the adverse side effects. Her notes were copied and pasted from each visit without updates. She didn't visit my sister in the hospital was she was in the ICU as a result of her treatment. She went into my sisters MyChart post mortem and edited the night before she was to meet with my Mom. She tried to reschedule the appointment that was scheduled with my Mom to explain the circumstances behind her death. She defaulted to legalese instead of helping to explain what happened. She said she had no closure...imagine how we felt. She is a zero star ...do not place your life in her hands....
