He needs to learn to listen and not interrupt
I am a health professional and even after I told him that, he continued to go through his spiel like an automaton. When I tried to ask a question in the middle of it he basically told me not to interrupt. I left him finish telling me things I already knew and when it was my “turn” and I started speaking, he interrupted me several times. I finally stopped him and told him to please let me finish with my concerns and stop interrupting. If I asked or spoke about anything that wasn’t directly related to my test results, I felt I was blown off. He kept comparing treating heart issues with being an insurance agent assessing risks. He needs to learn to listen and show at least a tiny bit of compassion

Excellent Expereience - New Patient
I saw Dr. Mathur this morning for AFIB. He spent considerable time explaining the condition and options available. He was very pleasant, caring and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Mathur.
