left me without medication and made excuses and could care less

I honestly don’t know where to begin. I have been seeing Dr. Desai for months now with basically no answers, no relief, and feeling unimportant as his patient! I have been admitted to the hospital due to respiratory failure/hypoxia and having to be intubated twice in basically less than two months. I had a follow up appointment this month and I kid you not Dr. Desai never questioned me about my stay, he spent less than 3 minutes in the room with me as well. I informed him that I had a paper I needed him to fill out and he immediately responded “hand it to my nurse” without even looking at it or even seeming to be at least interested in it. I was coerced the last time to remove my NEGATIVE review but this time I will not! I do not want anyone contacting me from the office begging me to remove my review because I will it’s not happening this time!! The office staff has always been pleasant to me and treated me the way a patient should be treated….HOWEVER, Dr. Desai clearly has no concer

Have been going to Cross Creek Medical for 8 years. In that time, he has attended me twice. There is no relationship except between the office and my Tricare dollars.

I like the location and quick to get appointments. The Receptionist clerks have always been great. When I first started using this clinic, service, care and professionalism were tops.. For the past 2 years I have not been able to see the doctor, not even when specifically asked for an appointment with him. The PA is cold, short temper, very negative, with no respect. She talks down to me. every time. Messed up my prescription and would not correct it unless I went in for another visit.

The service started out fine for the first few visits as long as they were with Dr. Desia. They it took a turn for the worse. The receptionist by the name of Mechia is very rude and unprofessional. They dont like to release your medical records when you sign a release form they give you the run around. And the PA is not a person you want to deal with Ms./ Mrs. B.

Rude, rude, rude PA. Entered room and growled why was I there and never looked at me, never smiled and when her cell phone rang she answered it and just walked out of the room. No excuse me, no I'll be right back, just left. Never would I ever return to this office! What a shame that a doctor would allow such behavior.

Very courteous, short wait times and full explains every reason for my treatment plan.
