Incompetent
Did not review medical file, did not review lab tests, ignorant of either even though I had faxed the Quest Lab report to her at the Belton, MO Clinic a week prior to meeting. Ignored my symptomatic complaints offered no options for Rx ignorant of a medication I suggested and unable to write Rx or valid Doctor's Order for testing at GEHA (Primary Insurance Provider) contract med lab Quest Diagnostics. My symptoms of diabetes include blurry vision, excessive thirst, fatigue, frequent urination, hunger, and weight loss. Persons with diabetes need to have their hemoglobin A1c levels checked every three to six months. Ignorant of 3 to 6 month appointment/evaluation VA requirement, set next appoinment for 1 year ignoring the 3-6 month requiredTransferred from KCVAMC to Belton VA Clinic due to high volume of complaints and negative ratings. Never had private practice experience and incapable of writting Doctor's Order for medlab testing or Rx from the CVS Pharmacy that GEHA contracts.
