A wonderful experience!
I really like Dr. Patel and her nurse practitioner Madalyn. I felt cared about and respected. Everyone, from check in to sign out, was cordial and friendly. So happy I've gotten established with them. If you are looking for a really good gastroenterologist, I highly recommend Dr. Patel.

Dr. Patel and her staff is very good and easy to work with. Kayla, NP was very knowledgeable about my medical history on my very first visit, could not ask for better. Very detailed directions and helpful getting prescriptions. Dr. Patel was very professional and knowledgeable about what I was needing. I was worried about who I could replace Dr. McCall (now retired)with because he was tremendous. I don’t have that worry anymore, Dr Patel is that good.

Dr. Patel and the staff at Colonnade are first class. Everyone is extremely professional and so kind. She came highly recommended by my doctor and I’m so glad because she is wonderful. She’s extremely knowledgeable, very nice, and so upbeat. For my colonoscopy, I didn’t have to wait and I was treated so well. Everything ran like a well oiled machine!

i had a colonoscopy and the first time i spoke or saw her was when i was ready for the procedure and had meds administered so i cant say anything about her thoroughness or bedside manner she was on time and like cattle we went thru the Colonade no follow up call from HER or HER staff but she took the liberty to recode a wellness visit to a medical which resulted in a 1500$ expense to me and would not change her position and her office manager was rude as well i placed 15 calls without a callback! needless to say my insurance changed to the correct code themselves and paid as a wellness
