Worst service ever
Their customer service and appointment process suck! It's waste of time to go to this doctor and their office. Address changed - no information about that until you go to the previous office and know that they have moved Scheduled an appointment for thyroid lab work and their team didn't inform the doctor. After a 20 min wait they say they can't do my labs because doctor doesn't know and asked come back next day again. The biggest joke they asked me to fast all morning until I get my labs done which was never needed for thyroid test in the past, atleast for me. And you end up receiving multiple texts for an appointment that they don't know about. I'm going for another PcP now.

I am an elderly patient and consulted Dr. Nisha Gajendra for my consistent abdominal pain. She listened to me very patiently and spent time trying to understand my concerns. She diagnosed my issue with some tests and recommended diet plans. Without any medications, just by following her instructions on diet plan, I completely recovered. It was an amazing experience for me and my children who were quite worried. Her practice followed up with us until I felt recovered. All my calls to her office were returned and questions answered. I had a follow-up Video consult with her where she also advised on the preventive measures and next-steps incase i experienced this illness again. I would highly recommend Dr. Nisha Gajendra. We are very thankful to her and her office for providing an excellent care.

I have been seeing Dr. Gajendra for approximately 2 years now...I found Dr. Gajendra on the internet as i was in need of a PCP...I Lived in North Dallas, Texas my entire life...moved to Little Elm in 2016; after the subsequent death of My Husband...I liked her just by viewing her Picture and Credentials from her Website... I knew immediately that Dr. G; was the PCP for me. she is very Thorough, kind and makes certain that her Patient's are adhering to the Guidelines of Good Health...Dr. G's Staff are very professional and reflect Dr. G's concern for her patients...I had my first Tele Visit appointment with Dr. G...last Week...I had not done anything like this Virtual Office Visit in my entire Life...It went very well; and it was if I was sitting face to face with Dr. G, in her office...One of her Staff member's Sherri (or Sherry) walked me through the Procedure and Protocol of getting the Tele Visit set up properly...I could not have done this without Sherries Assistance...and Homa!!!

I had my first appointment on yesterday. The doctor was wonderful at explaining everything and answered all of my questions. I would’ve loved to make her my primary except the Medical Assistant attempted to draw my blood with a used bloody tourniquet. When I noticed it I asked her if that’s blood and she responds by attempting to wipe it with an alcohol pad. Then she said I’ll get you a new one. When she came back with the new one I asked her if it’s not in practice there to use new ones with every patient...she avoided the question and continued to draw my blood. I also noticed later that she entered the room with her gloves on which means she opened the door and carried the container with her medical supplies. In training your taught to use a new tourniquet for each patient and to put on gloves right before grabbing the supplies.

Dr Gajendra spent the necessary time to hear my issues and related factors. I never felt rushed. She asked questions and I felt she genuinely cares about my health. She took the time to research the variety of medications for my condition and called me personally to review those before prescribing.

I literally walked in, checked in and within the motion of sitting down in a chair, they called me back. I have never been so sick in my life. Dr. Nisha treated me with antibiotics and it was the quickest doctor's appointment of my life! Within 24 hours I was back on my feet. I'm still in shock that the entirety of the appointment took less than 15 minutes and she was able to get me healthy for such a big life event. I spent less money going to her
