This is one of the cases of a good capable doctor but worse staff who refuses to do anything about it. I made an appointment 1 week in advance, I show up to the office with NO ONE there. The entire office was locked. I called multiple times, no one picked up. I assume the staff was probably on lunch so I waited for 30 more mins. There was no email, no note on the door, no phone call, NOTHING letting me know they were closed. I understand things come up but they had made ZERO attempt to contact me about this. I wasn't the only one either, there were three other women also very confused waiting with me. When the finally reached me back, the Dr took no responsibility and blamed it on the staff. Okay then are you going to do anything about your lazy staff?? Nope. This isn't the first time I had issues with the staff. I have been going here for 6 years now, and this is the final tipping point. I have been tolerating the lazy staff for years but I'm done. She isn't the only good OBGYN in

Stay away!!!! this doctor is a complete liar. She will lie to you just to do unnecessary tests/biopsy. She told me that I had cancer and I needed to do a biopsy. Everything came back negative. I went to two other doctors just to double check her and they both found nothing she described. Both her and her staff are very unprofessional and deceitful. Her facility on Northern Blvd is also dingy and crappy. WARNING - DO NOT SEE THIS DR!!!

My visit with Dr. Senthilkumar and her staff was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a doctor’s office PERIOD! They quickly addressed me when I walked in, and the wait time was short. The staff was also helpful and understanding. She is approachable, thorough, knowledgeable with an AMAZING bedside manner that did not make me feel pressured at all. Would recommend to anyone looking for an OB/GYN.

Dr. Senthilkumar is a wonderful doctor. She was extremely kind and comforting to me during a high stress visit to her office. I was experiencing an embarassing issue and she made me feel so at ease. She reminded me no issue is too embarassing not to seek out medical help. Her bed side manner was A+ and I would recommend her to anyone woman who needed an OB/GYN.

I would never recommend anyone or go to this practice again. The staff have very bad attitudes and are unprofessional as well as the physician. I sat in the waiting room for 1 hrs before i was seen which is unlikely because this is a new practice. I was shocked to see how unorganized and sloppy the exam room was. The physician could not perform certain examinations because she didn't have the proper skills to do so, i was given a slip and referral to go elsewhere. I will not recommend anyone!
