Amazing doctor
Dr Khan took care of my father so well . She always went above and beyond showing kindness, compassion, and appropriate concern while being very thorough. Our family felt well assured my father was getting the best care possible because we trusted her to coordinate his care with his other specialists as well. I was so impressed by her level of care, I sent my husband to see her and I am now a patient as well. (My brother in law chose her as a PCP as well)We both found her to be one of the rare breed of physicians who actually care and want to help us get really well! She was very thorough reviewing our medical histories and prepared with a plan to move forward. We found her to be a very warm, caring human being and physician. And still to this day one year after his passing, I feel so much gratitude for her because she helped us have more time with my father. And I can confidently say I speak for my entire family that they feel the same exact way. Thank you Dr Khan and staff!

When she is behind schedule, expect to be rushed.
Doesn't listen as well as she once did when I was a new patient. Her concern which came through during a visit has diminished. Difficulty connecting to ask questions or follow up once home after a visit. Waited far too long for call backs by the office when issues came up or when looking for answers. At times, needed to place repeated calls when no call back was received. Felt dismissive. Disappointed.

Horrifying how Dr. Khan and her practice has treated my 76 year-old-mother. Over medicating to the point my mother is delirious. The overcommitments, “we will call this script in immediately” to find it was not done. Mom’s post-surgery complications requiring further treatment - getting an emergency abdomen X-ray to have to wait all day for her to review - we are literally refreshing the app all afternoon to find no comments from Dr Khan. The kicker is the bloodwork - “it’s all normal.” Unfortunately the hospital begs to differ & mom is anemic. Same bloodwork. But yesterday was the worst. Mom badly in pain with no bowel movement for 13 days & with her same X-ray review of “no obstructions” we are waiting for the promised order to the hospital for an enema (already has has three at-home). Of course no order provided. The doctor is “seeing patients back to back all day.” By 3pm I’ve got to rush her to emergency, & have the same procedure delivered 6.5 hours later. No callback.

I went in for knee pain, which she never actually looked at my knee, asked about my knee, anything. And instead ONLY talked at me, over me, and didn't listen. She was only concerned with one thing, which I've learned looking at my past visits and charts, this is not an issue so I wish she would have addressed my initial concern. I felt very belittled in my visit, and I won't be returning.

Dr. Khan is the most thorough, resourceful, talented - and compassionate - physician I know. If I could give her 10 stars I would. She is truly amazing in terms of diagnostic skills, bedside manner - everything. Several years ago, she treated me for a condition that turned out to be benign, but in the beginning all indicators pointed to it being serious. She sweetly ordered necessary tests, reassured me, and saw the entire diagnosis through. More recently, she was the only doctor who took my concerns seriously when my longtime partner developed very troubling symptoms. Other doctors ignored our pleas of help, but Dr. Khan listened carefully and made a spot-on diagnosis. The diagnosis was devastating, but Dr. Khan got us to the specialists we needed, answered our (too) many questions, made great suggestions about treatment and clinical trials, and regularly follows up with us. During a dark time, she is truly a light. We are very thankful and blessed she is our expert physician.

Both my Mother and I have been patients of Dr. Khan for more than 10 years. I can’t express enough gratitude for her professionalism, compassion and kindness. She always takes the time we need during our visits. Dr. Khan listens carefully and answers whatever questions we have. In my humble opinion she goes above and beyond the call of duty.

Stay away from this doctor unless you are the type of person who will blindly accept a diagnosis without questioning the doctor's decisions. The doctor is very egotistic, does not like any contradictions and becomes very hostile when you disagree with her opinion. I was practically thrown out when I told her she was wrong. In my case she ordered a test which had no bearing on the circumstance, not normally done in this situation. It proved her totally wrong. She fills in for Drs. Kender , Shore.
