It was easy to make an appointment to see Dr. Bhatia and I found the office staff to be pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Bhatia discussed my condition with me and answered all my questions. She was not rushed and gave me all the attention I needed.

I called the office a few weeks before my appointment and Dr. Bhatia was not yet set up in this practice. The office staff took my information and said they would call me once doc was onboard. Approximately a week later, the staff did just that, they called me to setup my apt. When I arrived for my appointment Dr. Bhatia and her staff were so very nice. Doctor asked a number of questions and listened to my answers. Dr. Bhatia explained condition well and I was very comfortable with discussion.

Dr. Bhati’s professional, thorough and compassionate explanations of options and procedures got me through the worst ordeal of my life. I felt no need for a second opinion. In July, 2019 her excellent surgical expertise performed during my major surgery resulted in my gaining a much better quality of life!
