Dr.Kero was the first I felt comfortable with in years . She actually listened to me ! I needed a hysterectomy and she immediately booked me into her schedule and explained everything to me .She personally took the time to call me in person to explain my cancer diagnosis and reassurance that we would get through it . Throughout my hysterectomy she was calling my husband with updates and personally checked on me as I recovered . It has now been 2 yrs since and I went back to her for a checkup and she was so happy to see me again .I felt like a person not just another patient. Thanks to Dr.Kero I have survived and beat cancer !

Horrible Doctor for patients Great for HCA
Dr. Niloufer is your typical 2024 doctor. She asked “What brought you in today?” Before I got 20 words in, she had a diagnosis. I had to ask her to respect me enough to let me finish. I could’ve told had told her that I just found out I was pregnant, had terminal cancer, and a 6” hemorrhoid, but she wouldn’t have known bc she didn’t have the time to LISTEN to the patients symptoms. She was in and out in less than 10 minutes and that included a pap pelvic exam. I’ll leave it to the imagination in how gentle she was. She was nothing more than a robot with no emotion. No empathy. No bedside manner. And no listening skills. I’m sure HCA thinks she’s the best of the best…after all, 8 minutes a head equals ALOT of $$$! Would’ve given 1 star but the staff was amazing!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst Gyno I’ve ever had in my entire life, worst experience. She made me cry and was so rude, I felt as if she was screaming at me. She had no respect and was such an awful person. She was in the room a total of 3 minutes. I was already anxious about going in and she made it 100x worse. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HER. If you’ve never been with her and have an appt save yourself the misery and reschedule with a different gyno, I promise you.

Office Visit for Gyno
No introduction upon entering exam room, forced rushed rude internal exam, leaving me in discomfort. No empathy skills, poor communication skills and non listener. I literally left in tears upon her exam, I would never recommend her to a new patient. I won’t see her ever again. I am filing a complaint with HCA and BBB for professionals. What a horrific experience. I see other poor reviews as well.

Would give 0 stars if I could
I took my daughter in for her first obgyn appointment ever. After waiting over a month because my daughter was nervous and requested a female doctor, I was certainly expecting the doctor to spend longer than 2 minutes in the room. Dr Kero was very short and rude. She literally shushed me when I tried to tell her that all the women in my family have had severe issues, including that I had to have a total hysterotomy before 40. My daughter didn't start until she was 15 and has had irregular heavy periods since, as well as a number of other issues. I wasn't surprised that they put my child on birth control to regulate her, but was taken aback by a doctor shushing me, being rude, and explaining nothing. I told the doctor that my daughter had blood work scheduled by her pediatrician and that he suggested I ask for PCOS testing and at the very least check hormone levels. The doctor said 'we are not going to do that. I will see her back in 6 months for refils' and walked out of the room.

Dr. Robot
Had appt. on 5/5/23 for Pap Smear and general exam. After 10 yrs. without a GYN, I just wanted to see if all was well with female parts. She came in to exam room, started asking me rapid-fire questions I didn't have time to answer. She did the swab in less than 1 min., did not do a general exam, asked me another question or two, then told me that results would be in 1 week, and if there was any issue with Pap smear, I would get a call. Then she said "have a nice day" and promptly walked out of the exam room without asking me if I had any questions for her. Her demeanor was just barely polite and bedside manner was non-existent towards a new patient. My previous GYN/OB was a sweet, warm and caring Dr., but unfortunately for me, he retired. Needless to say I will not return to Dr. Kero, as I prefer a caring human instead of a robot!!

Great Experience
Dr. Niloufer Kero was a Godsend to me. In a time when our world is so fast paced. I need someone who would listen to my health concerns and respond appropriately and imperatively that information, diagnosis, prognosis and treatment. I am so bless that after months of finding an OBGYN in network with my insurance and get rescheduled several times by a different provider. My husband and I finally found Dr. Kero and got an appointment right away. The rest is history now. After my successful surgery. I definitely will continue under the care of a highly competent, knowledgeable and compassionate gynecologist. In addition, she had pleasant and competent staff as well! Shout out to Carmen and all of the nurses at HCA Oak Hill hospital! Dr. Kero and staff, thank you all so much for making a difference in so many lives not only women but most of all to their families too! JG

Reviews are important to me and I believe the purpose of a review is to share your experiences so that the reader can use the information to help them decide if the service or product will best suit them. Bedside manner doesn’t mean much to me(although Dr. Kero has a great one), I’m more concerned with the doctor’s medical abilities when my life is in the balance. I went to see Dr. Kero many years ago for a routine pap which resulted in an irregular pap and ended up needing surgery. Dr. Kero is masterful, and the surgery went perfectly. Now years later I’m back with a post menopausal bleeding issue. I couldn’t feel more comfortable with any other doctor than her. She came highly recommended by two very well sought after surgeons- one who practices here in Hernando county and the other in Pasco county as well as a personal friend of mine who has been a PA in Spring Hill for many years. I feel safe knowing that I’m in great hands, not just good hands! Thank you Dr. Kero. You are the best

My husband and I recently retired and moved to Spring Hill, Florida. I was looking for a Gynecologist. I researched several Doctors and Dr. Kero definitely impressed me with her credentials, skills and years of experience. I made an appointment, and from the phone call on, I've had the best experience ever. The whole office staff was wonderful. I had a situation where I knew I needed surgery. She explained everything to me and made me feel very confident in her. The surgery went great. I've healed wonderfully and feel great. Never had any issues recuperating. I will be seeing her on a yearly basis. I have already referred my sister in law to her, and will continue to refer my friends. She is an awesome Doctor.
