Good: I said something near the beginning and I didn't get any response and we moved to their next question...I thought they'd missed it or such. But at the end it was handled. Bad...I think it would be great to have the DR attend social skills training... Eye contact, body and verbal language that communicates they're listening and they care, etc

If I could give a half of a star, I would. His nurse was very thorough and polite, the front desk is wonderful, he was dismissive and rude. I was trying to establish as a new patient and he did not consider either of the two reasons I tried to give (he cut me off every time saying they weren't good enough), I had several reasons that I did not even get to share. Never have I been treated the way I was today by a doctor. Would NEVER refer him.

I have been seeing Dr Santos for years and find him to be a great doctor. He takes his time and really listens. I love that you always get called back right on your appointment time. More doctors need to follow this and not overbook
