Dr. Nilesh Desai was very thorough in explaining my condition and was very patient with my questions. I went away feeling very relieved! I wasn’t rushed & he showed compassion throughout our appointment.

My hemoglobin was dropping on a steady basis. I asked for a referral to a hematologist and was told that it wasn't necessary. After several blood tests showing a constant drop in my hemoglobin and my increased weakness, I took all my blood work ups to my cardiologist who immediately stated that I needed to see a hematologist. When I told Dr. Niles Desai what the cardiologist had said, I was told, again, the I did not need a hematologist and that Dr. Desai himself would contact the cardiologist directly. Which he did. Not long after, I got the referral. I needed iron infusions to help me function and it was discovered that I had a tear in my intestines. I was literally bleeding out and would have eventually bled to death. Once the tear was repaired, months of iron infusion followed. It has been a long road to recovery.

Dr N. Desai is caring and shows personal interest in pt. Reviews and explains medical history clearly and reviews new medical issues concerns. Does not rush visit takes time . Address concerns : encourages pt to not hesitate to call and/or make appt if symptoms re occur. Highly recommend his practice

Dr Desai is fabulous, the staff there is the worst. From reception to Manager, they don't call back or follow up, you need to continually call them. They make you feel like you are interrupting them. Until they start replacing some of the staff they will continue to lose patients. I need to move on and I am sorry to leave as I really like Nilesh Desai.

Dr. Desai has proven to be not only a highly skilled physician, but a caring and compassionate individual as well. Appointments are never rushed and the entire staff is pleasant, competent and very responsive to patient needs.

My wife and I are somewhat new to them but like the professionalism and patient support we have experienced.

Dr. Desai is my mom's primary care physician. She has several health issues including advanced COPD. Dr. Desai and his staff treat her like family and attend to her complicated medical needs. He is up to date on current treatment options and a skilled family physician. He takes the time to answer all of my questions when I accompany mom to the doctor and I have great trust in him. He is in practice with his father, a pulmonologist, which makes this practice perfect for my mom's condition.

If your tired of MDs who do not listen, do not take time with you and explain medical conditions and procedures then Dr. Desai is who you want.

DR Desai is the best Doctor, he is caring and does everything possible to ensure whatever the problem everytime ypu see him je exlaines everything in great detail. He truly is the best Doctor i have ever had. One of the things I admire is that he comes to the hosbital for care, and you do not have some house doctor who knows nothing about you.

I love the staff. Dr N Desai is a good Dr. He just never found for sure what was wrong with me.

He is wonderful! Anytime we every have a emergency or concern he is available to help. He's a GEM!
