She is rude, abrupt and has no bedside manner. Worst doctor ever and her office staff is worse! They messed everything up and act like they don't care. No follow up after an MRI. RUN FAR AND FAST FROM THIS OFFICE!!

This doctors office is the worst doctor I have ever had! The doctor and staff are rude, unsympathetic, insensitive and disrespectful sealing with patient at a vulnerable time . Everything is about money, then you still have to wait til she gets ready .

She is very caring and takes her time with my son who is her patient. My son is a brain tumor survivor who has several neurologist until we found this great doctor.

This doctors office is the worst doctor I have ever had! Stay AWAY! They are unresponsive to me, knowing I have epilepsy & need the medicine! The front desk staff is terrible. Not sure if the problem is the staff or the Doctor. Lazy, rude, incompetent, (possibly racist since they don't answer my call). I don't what the issue is. Throwing out the race card but damn it can't be that difficult to read my chart, write the prescription & fax for the patient assistance program for free. They don't answer I try to press 0 and they still don't answer. If they don't answer this time I am driving up to the location giving them the fax# to have them do their job. All they have to do is to fax a piece of paper &they won't. I hate the staff! The girl up front won't even look me in the eye. They literally won't answer my phone call. One day when I asked what day does the dr work and they said every day. If I ask to speak with her they say she is with a patient. Switching when I get insurance.

Very unprofessional and rude. Everything was all good when i payed her $300 for not having insurance. I asked to have my medical records for a court case i also provided records from my previous doctor. It took 9 days to get both records back she put the wrong state i was from twice in the report and added things in the report that did not take place during the visit. I told the receptionist the report was incorect and dr nilanee said the records can not be corrected once enterd into computer.

She recommend Dr Hartman the very competent Neurological surgeon. She knows what she is doing.

WARNING, DO NOT VISIT this facility. The doctor was rude, judgmental and disrespectful. I would give zero stars if I could. For example, she compared my weight from when I was 17, to my weight at 21, and she made demeaning comments such as “just because there’s food in the house doesn’t mean you have to eat it all”. Save yourself some time and see someone else.

dr. karikaran is amazing. she is knowledgeable and pays attention to what you say. (even you may think you were not heard she takes in all you say).the exam rooms are set up for a more comfortable exam and review ,once examined you sit at a desk and discuss your issue. it is calming and professional. I thank God daily I meet her. she is stern but extremely caring. the perfect combination.

Staff was not prepared. When she conducted her nerve procedure on me, she was messy and unprofessional. Her diagnosis of my condition was innacurate. I went to another neurologist after, and the experience was way better and he diagnosed my condition accurately.

She was rude,! Non caring , constantly interrupted me, and would not let my husband sit with me for a procedure.
