I have had Dr Waldens services for over 7 years and up until then, as a menopausal woman, i did not have the information and care that i needed. she assigns you the appropriate labs and gives you the information and vitamin, mineral, nutrient recommendations you need to get you and keep you on track for a healthy and vibrant life! Her health plan looks at you holistically and is personalized for you! she is prompt, friendly and professional. We have curbed potential thyroid, and diabetes issues too. I highly recommend her for physical and mental health improvement! thank you Dr Walden.

Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. I especially appreciate Amanda. She is extremely friendly and helpful with my many questions and scheduling my appointments. Dr. Nikki Walden is thorough and quite knowledge. She creates a plan that fits your personal needs. I feel like I have a doctor that understands my medical needs. After chemo my body is not functioning well. Dr Walden does all the testing needed to find where your body is lacking. I know I am in great hands.

Trying to get an appointment is like nailing jello to a tree! Have to spend hundreds for Lab and told 3 months out for appointment yet won’t make appt til all labs in then month later 3 more months for appt and they try to put you with some other Dr.... so now 4 months and maybe I will have an appt after spending hundreds on lab work in 2017 and now not til Feb 2018 to see her. So plan on minimum of 4 plus months to maybe see a Dr and clueless if they wi t reorder same test cause over 90 Days

I wish I would have NEVER gone to this place. It all started with a pushy, rusty phone call from a BodyLogicMD Rep that DID NOT want to answer my questions at all and was rude as hell....the only thing she wanted was my credit card info to get things "started". Being that i was in desperate need to get my hormones balanced while going through perimenopause, I actually thought this was my last resort.. I spent $599 to hear her talk for 60 mins about my labs and that's it. What a rip off!!!

I signed up online, then received a phone call the next day about scheduling the initial consultation. The lady, Amy, was a bit pushy. She didn't really want to answer my questions about the process, as she rushed through her answers and at one point said that she already stated something...really!! She was like a used car salesman, but a tad bit more shrewd. Who wants to deal with this type of treatment? What a first impression!!
