Fired!
Nut case! She “practiced” in Cortland, that is, she types into computer the entire appt time. I “interrupted” to ask a question and she yelled at me. I stood up, opened the exam room door, yelled, “You’re fired!!!!” loudly and walked out.

Excellent!
I had my first appointment with Dr. Simlote today, and it was great! She was very kind, welcoming, and funny too. She made me feel very comfortable. You can tell she cares about her patients and wants to make sure all of their concerns are met. You can also tell that she knows what she is talking about!

She is consistently over one hour late to my appointment. Out of three visiits, she was over an hour late to two of them. When I told her I would start scheduling for the first appointment of the day, she say that probably wouldn't make a difference. During my last appointment, which was a follow up for breathing and coughing issues, she told me to go to pulmonology. She said that I vaccine I got could have triggered COPD since I used to smoke, so this was just the way it was going to be. She never checked my lungs or anything else, just sat in her chair. I asked for more of a medication commonly used for cough and she said no because it shouldn't be used long term. The appointment was a complete waste of time. She could have simply messaged or phoned me to see pulmonology. No wonder she has a 1 rating without this review, not surprised.

I echo sentiments of a previous reviewer.
The whole experience from one visit was awful. I won’t be back.
