Very kind and professional
I've been seeing her for over a year. She listens and spends time to explain until I understand. Due to my health condition, she had to be in touch with other doctors and she is very professional and prompt. I'm very happy with Dr. Agrawal.

Dr. Agrawal js an excellent endocrinologist. She was the first MD, out of 5, to correctly diagnosis a pituitary condition. She is friendly, responsive, and has a vast fund of knowledge. Her nursing support staff is great as well.

After waiting 6 months for an appointment with this doctor, she cancels my appointment. Her office is within the vast maze of NYU Langone hospital and although I arrived on time to the facility, it took me 10 minutes to find the actual office within the huge facility. Moreover, the receptionist provided the wrong suite number, which caused further confusion. Because I was 10 minutes late, the doctor refused to see me. The hypocrisy of a doctor penalizing someone for being 10 minutes late is too much. It tells me about the values of the doctor and luckily I did not have an issue where I needed to request off of work or seek childcare while I was at the planned visit. It's not worth any customer's time to put up with her attitude.
