I had the same issue and went to different facility prior to this so was extremely nervous. The wait time was almost nonexistent and the whole team took their time with me. Dr. Wilson and her fellow answered all my questions and made this appointment so easy for me. I appreciate it more than she probably knows.

Dr. Wilson really cares about her patients well-being. You don't feel like you're just a number. She explains things very well so you feel comfortable that you are getting the best approach to your problem. Finally, she doesn't make you wait unlike other physicians that don't seem to respect the patient's time. Great doc!!!

Dr Wilson was very good with me broke my wrist 2 separate bones tried brace but hurt very bad called they immediately called bk put me in a cast along with thumb an elbow very stabled,went bk in 3 weeks still hurt I was leaving to visit NJ it was either splint or cast she really listened to me with concerns of travel put me in short cast explained my exrays an was very nice I see her in 2 weeks to remove cast I feel they all were very nice specially Dr Wilson very patient an understanding now I can move my Thumb so thumbs up for Dr Wilson

Dr. Wilson was able to quickly determine my issue, and provide a course of treatment. She was prompt and informative. The Rothman staff was professional and kind as well.

I was highly recommended by AdventHealth, was not a great service. After my first visit a televisit was set to get results was requested for copay to just read me what I already had read. I was not told to take any medicine, vitamins, what to really spect or how to go about with the Stress fracture in both legs that I was diagnosed. Instead she set another appointment in person in two weeks from that date, collect more deductibles and insurance. I was really dissatisfied. I went to a different dr were I was helped more and seemed to care and spend time to tell me more about my situation and ways to heal faster. The dr even made just a phone call didn’t even use the televisit, or took time to explain me thing or seemed to care about.

I have seen Dr. Wilson twice for two different issues, once in each, Lake Mary and Lake Nona. Both locations had An extremely efficient check-in and on time appointments. Dr. Wilson’s assistant did a thorough job gathering information regarding my pain. Dr Wilson confirmed the radiologist’s diagnosis and clearly explained the plan for recovery and answered any questions. Although my appointment was very short, I did not feel rushed.
